Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your mail accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming messages based on certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you want to forward electronic mails from, then specify the destination email box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else.
